Changelog
v0.1.2: 2026-11-03 (documentation only)
No change to the tools or how they behave. The package version string is now 0.1.2. This release page replaces the v0.1.1 release page.
- The repository is renamed to
lexthirteen-ai/orinyx-mcp. All repository links use the new name. - Two known-limit disclosures that a tidy edit had dropped are restored: the IV acetaminophen fix does not cover CDS Hooks, telehealth or transcript extraction, and the hosted smoke test's IV step covers
IVonly. - The Acknowledgements now say the optional models are not enabled on the hosted service.
v0.1.1: 2026-11-02
Hosted connector https://orinyx-mcp.fly.dev/mcp, with Orinyx engine 0.3.1.
Added
- The not-for-clinical-use statement opens the server instructions, every tool description, the README and the release notes.
Changed
verify_medicationsnow asks for one patient's medications per call. When the call states one route for a drug, that route is carried onto the drug's frequency claims that state none. Nothing is carried for a drug whose claims state two routes, or a route Orinyx cannot read, or whose drug name names a different route. The tool name and input schema are unchanged.- The IV acetaminophen known limit: oral-label frequency is fixed on the orders path and on
verify_medicationsstructured runs, not CDS Hooks, telehealth or transcript extraction. IVP is not read as a route. See Known limits. - The release notes are dated with the publication date and name orinyx-mcp 0.1.1. A new known limit says a NOT VERIFIED row shows no citation, even when the result names a specific label.
Earlier versions are in CHANGELOG.md.
