Orinyx MCP documentation
Not for clinical use. Orinyx checks medication claims against cited FDA label text for testing and evaluation only. Do not use its results to diagnose, treat, prescribe or make patient care decisions. Use synthetic test data only.
Orinyx MCP is an open-source MCP server, licensed Apache-2.0. Your agent sends it medication orders or claims, and Orinyx checks each claim against cited FDA label text or an FDA OTC monograph. Each claim comes back flagged, supported, not verified or unreadable. Each flagged or supported row cites the label section or monograph paragraph it was judged against. Orders are split and checked by rules, with no language model in the verdict or the severity. The server is a client of the Orinyx API: it holds no rules and no verdict logic of its own. The hosted connector is https://orinyx-mcp.fly.dev/mcp. This release is tested with Claude Code.
